Question 1

Is this a product I can sign up for?

Accepted Answer

No. We build a private system for your team, in your own accounts. There is no sign-up and no shared platform.

Question 2

Do you send the emails for us?

Accepted Answer

The system sends from your own business mailboxes. In Build and Handover, your team runs it. With Managed Operation, we can also monitor it and help run campaigns, and your team stays in control.

Question 3

Which mailboxes can it use?

Accepted Answer

Most business email setups work. We confirm what fits during the intro call, and we recommend a separate sending domain so your main company email stays protected.

Question 4

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

A full build usually takes a few months, depending on scope and how quickly decisions are made. New mailboxes also need several weeks to build a good reputation, so we start that in parallel. You get a firm plan after the Blueprint.

Question 5

What do the other services cost?

Accepted Answer

The system relies on a small number of third-party services. You create those accounts and pay the providers directly. We estimate the monthly cost in the Blueprint so there are no surprises.

Question 6

Can we start with only the Blueprint?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Blueprint is a complete, written plan. If you go ahead with the build within 60 days, its fee is credited toward the build.

Question 7

Can you guarantee replies or inbox placement?

Accepted Answer

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Replies depend on your offer, your market and your timing. We build the system to follow email best practices and to protect your sending reputation.

Question 8

How do you keep the emails accurate?

Accepted Answer

Every factual statement in a draft is checked against a stored source, and your team sees that source as a receipt. Drafts that fail the check go to a person instead of the outbox. Checks reduce errors but cannot remove them, which is why review-first is the default.

Question 9

How are unsubscribes and privacy handled?

Accepted Answer

Every email carries the sender's details and a clear way to opt out. Unsubscribes and bounces are suppressed across your whole organization. You remain responsible for lawful outreach in the regions you contact, and we help you set things up in line with best practice. This is not legal advice.

Question 10

Who owns the system?

Accepted Answer

You own your data and accounts. The system itself is licensed to you to run in your own accounts, which lets us keep improving the core. The details are in the agreement.

Question 11

Where does our data live?

Accepted Answer

In accounts that you create and control, set up during the build. We access them only while working for you, with the permissions you give.

Question 12

What do you need from us?

Accepted Answer

A decision-maker, access to your domain settings and business mailboxes, a sample of your contacts, examples of emails that have worked, and a few hours a week for feedback during the build.
