2. What we collect
The details you enter in the intro call request form (name, work email, company, role, company size, your message, interest and budget range); basic technical data such as browser type and the page you came from; and a hashed form of your IP address used only to limit spam. We do not ask for more than we need.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your request and to take steps you ask for before an agreement, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
4. Who processes it for us
Service providers that host this website, store form submissions, deliver email and measure visits without cookies. They process data only on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
Form submissions that do not lead to a working relationship are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your details, to object to their use, and to receive a copy. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia, or to your local authority. To make a request, use the intro call request form and mention "privacy request", or write to our postal address.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside Serbia. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards.
