The solution

A system built around one question: why this person, why now?

Noocon Outreach Orchestrator is built for your team and runs in your own accounts. Here is what it does.

A real reason to write, for every person

For each contact, the system looks for something recent and relevant: a hire, a launch, an expansion, a public post. The email leads with that reason instead of a template. When nothing relevant turns up, the contact is held for a person to decide, not sent a weak email.

Claims checked against a source

Every factual statement in a draft is checked against a stored source before it can be sent. Your team sees the source, its age and the result of the check next to each draft. Drafts that do not pass go to a person, not to the outbox. Checks reduce errors; they cannot remove them, which is why review-first is the default.

To Dana Whitfield Subject new austin office

Hi Dana,

Saw the announcement about your new Austin office. Standing up a team in a new city usually means hiring outpaces onboarding. Is onboarding in Austin something you're already planning for?

Sending safeguards built in

Daily limits, business-hours sending in each recipient's time zone, suppression lists, unsubscribe handling, and automatic pausing when something looks wrong. The system is built to follow email best practices. No system can guarantee inbox placement, and we do not claim to.

Follow-ups that know when to stop

Follow-ups are written shortly before they are due, in the same thread as the first email, and each adds something new. They stop automatically when a person replies, bounces or unsubscribes. If someone at a company replies, colleagues there are paused for review so they are not contacted at the same time.

Runs in your own accounts, on your own data

The system uses your business mailboxes and your own accounts. Your contact data, messaging settings and results stay with you. We recommend a separate sending domain so your main company email stays protected.

Simple for the team

Administrators set things up once. Everyone else imports contacts, reviews drafts and sends. People see only their own campaigns, and administrators see everything.

You stay in control

Choose review-first, where a person approves each email, or auto-send, where only drafts that pass every check go out and the rest wait for review. Pause one campaign or everything with one click. Set the tone and length of the writing to suit your brand.
